Destination Wedding

Considering a Destination Wedding? Let me tell you a secret – you’re not alone. One fourth of all weddings are destination weddings.

A Destination Wedding Might Be Right for You If…

• Your idea of a perfect wedding takes place on a beach, in a gazebo, a vineyard or by a waterfall
• Your wedding style is unique, relaxed or non-traditional
• You’re in sticker shock over the price of a traditional wedding and reception
• You want to celebrate with only your friends and family. Destination weddings vary from just the two of you to over 300 guests. (25 – 40 is average)
• It’s a three-day party just for you!
• You choose to have the “presence” of your friends and family instead of “presents.” (No more blenders or toasters, please!)
• Wear whatever you want. Wedding dress, suit, shorts, Hawaiian shirt, shoes, flip flops. It’s your wedding, you decide what to wear.
• You’ve been to 20 traditional weddings in the last year. Seriously! You want yours to be something different and memorable.
• Been there, done that! Many destination wedding couples have been married before.
• Some resorts can stream the wedding over the internet to anyone who can’t attend and wants to be a part of your special day.

We Can Help You Create an Awesome Destination Wedding

We’ve helped many couples exchange vows with their toes in the sand and the ocean as a setting. Packages for these events can be simple or include a boatload of perks. Included in most of the “free wedding” packages are a wedding coordinator, gorgeous location for your vows, bouquet, boutonniere, wedding cake and sparkling wine toast for up to 10 guests.

When your guests book into your group at the resort you’ll get reduced rates, additional funds to spend on the wedding and maybe a free room for the wedding couple. More rooms booked in your group means more amenities for you to enjoy.

You can personalize your wedding day by adding a photographer, videographer, a cocktail party, a private reception, band or DJ, light-up dance floor, tropical décor, sparklers, cigar rolling, a photo booth, a bonfire, hair/makeup service, a “next day” brunch and so much more. If you want to add traditional elements like a first dance together, cake cutting, a rehearsal dinner and throwing the bouquet(s), go for it! It’s your special day!  It all depends on you – and your budget.

Let’s talk about the perfect destination wedding for you and your fiancé.
